Justin C. Walker
Mr. Walker is an attorney with the firm where he concentrates in class action and complex litigation, constitutional and public interest law, bankruptcy, commercial dispute resolution, as well as matters of real estate law and criminal defense. His legal experience and real world business experience starting and successfully starting and operating multiple companies give him a unique perspective with the complex legal issues that businesses and individuals face.
Mr. Walker was the owner of Veritas Title, residential title company that did over $150 million dollars in transactions and was a managing partner of the law firm Walker & Turner, Ltd. Mr. Walker is an active real estate investor and his company Walker Investment Group, LLC owns and manages a medium size apartment complex in Cincinnati and has successfully renovated several single family homes in the tri-state area.
In his practice, he has helped numerous individuals and small businesses reorganize their debt either through bankruptcy or reorganization. He has negotiated several settlements that have saved his clients thousands of dollars. Mr. Walker has also successfully litigated several trials as lead attorney as both a defense attorney and during his time as an assistant prosecuting attorney.
