Business law encompasses real estate, corporate law, contract negotiation, trademark registration, and tax consulting, filling the role of “outside” general counsel for his clients. He is experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions and regularly handles the negotiations, acquisition, and leasing of commercial properties. Isaac also assists small businesses in all aspects of initial startup including entity selection and formation.
