Biography
I have nearly three decades of diverse litigation and advocacy experience, including employment litigation (representing employers and employees), commercial, real estate, and public interest litigation, government and public affairs at the state and local level, and representing clients in licensing, zoning, land use and other administrative matters.
Throughout my career, I’ve come to understand that the most favorable outcomes often arise from swift resolutions achieved through mutual agreement. This approach not only minimizes the time and resources expended in contentious legal battles but also empowers clients with greater control over the resolution of their disputes. Recognizing the value of this approach, I have chosen to take a proactive stance in fostering resolution.
Consequently, I have broadened my practice to include mediation services, firmly believing that even the most challenging conflicts can be successfully resolved through strategic, amicable, and problem-solving negotiations. Drawing upon my extensive litigation and advocacy background, I am committed to assisting you and your clients in exploring efficient and effective resolutions, thereby averting prolonged, costly litigation with uncertain outcomes.
Furthermore, my practice continues to provide clients with comprehensive litigation representation and government affairs services. Leveraging my diverse expertise, I am uniquely positioned to advocate for our clients both in the courtroom and before various state and local government bodies.
