The Finney Law Firm filed suit before Judge Barry Kubicki on Friday to reverse a decision of the Hamilton County Commission to stop the use of Registered Land in Hamilton County. A hearing is scheduled Monday morning at 9 AM before Judge Kubicki on a motion for Temporary Restraining Order.
