This piece from the Northland News summarizes the results of the Board of Revision work before the Franklin County (Columbus) Board of Revision this past year and a peek at 2015. Two snippets:
- In 2011, a little more than half of the property owners seeking lower adjustments saw some movement toward the amount they considered to be an accurate value.
- During the 2014 triennial update, property values in central Ohio trended downward overall.
